About this workshop

This workshop is taught by Evelyn Viviana, personally certified by Drunvalo Melchizedek through the School of Remembering, now known as Remembering the Heart. Evelyn has guided students from around the world for many years, sharing these teachings with clarity, care, and lived experience. Awakening the Illuminated Heart workshop offers a structured, experiential process for shifting from brain based perception into heart centered awareness. Participants are guided through practices designed to move beyond duality and polarity, and into a state of inner coherence, unity, and presence. Through guided meditations, breathwork, movement, and ceremonial practices, participants learn how to access the heart as a center of perception and creation. The workshop introduces the activation of the Mer-ka-ba light body from the heart, approached as a natural and stable state of being rather than a temporary or purely mental experience. This work emphasizes creating life from within, through alignment with the heart, rather than through habitual mental patterns. The teachings are presented in a clear and direct way, supported by visual explanations that help participants understand and integrate the material.

• What You Will Experience and Learn:
• In this workshop, you will be guided through a series of experiential practices that support a shift from brain based perception into heart centered awareness. These include guided healing ceremonies, heart centered meditations from the Blue School teachings, breathwork, movement practices such as the Sufi Blessing Dance, and meditations focused on unity, inner coherence, and creation from the heart.
• You will also be guided through practices that involve entering the inner heart space, activating the Mer-ka-ba, and deepening connection with your higher self, inner child, and subtle realms of guidance. These experiences are designed to cultivate clarity, presence, and a stable sense of inner alignment.
• Alongside the experiential work, the workshop provides a clear understanding of the difference between creating life from the polarity of the mind versus the unity of the heart. You will explore teachings preserved through ancient and indigenous traditions, while receiving practical tools and frameworks that can be integrated into daily life to support expanded perception, meaning, and coherence.
• All material is presented in an accessible way and is open to participants of all experience levels.
